Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is 5 hours of talk time every month on one seat, with every call scored, live in-call coaching and the objection library. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is ten months paid over twelve: Basic works out at $16 a month, Essential at $24, and Teams at $41 per user a month.
Is there a seat minimum?
Free, Basic and Essential are one seat. Teams is sold for 3 to 10 seats. From 11 seats, Custom is quoted to your volume.
Is Teams talk time shared across the floor?
No. Teams is 40 hours a month per seat, so a five-seat floor holds 200 hours and a ten-seat floor holds 400. The daily ceiling scales the same way.
Is there an annual contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds follow the Refund Policy at merdial.com/docs/refund-policy.
Who handles billing?
Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription, takes payment and issues invoices, and Merdial supplies the software.
What happens to card numbers said out loud on a call?
They are stripped, along with other personal identifiers, before the transcript reaches any generative model. That redaction is not optional and cannot be turned off to simplify a prompt.
